One upon a time, I hated my job from top to bottom. When I freed myself from that horrible situation, I took the reins on my career and got intentional about creating the good and great experiences that I desired. I’ve been enjoying what I do for a living even though I sometimes encounter difficult people. I learned how to enjoy my work despite others who don’t enjoy what they do. Owning my engagement made the difference. If you hate your job, it’s time to make some decisions that may make you a little uncomfortable now but more joyful later.
