Join us for a harmonious fusion of yoga and prayer, led by Jewish Vegan Yogi, Kim Siegel, PMP, E-RYT 500, as we honor the sacred bond between humans and animals in celebration of Passover. In this special gathering, inspired by the ancient Jewish tradition of the blessings of the animals, we invite you to partake in a gentle and inclusive yoga practice suitable for all levels.
Kim is a 500-hour certified yoga instructor with a passion for teaching. Her yoga journey began as a student seeking an alternative way of improving her mental health. The practice became her lifelong medicine. The discovery of the awareness of breath linked with the movement of the body was a truly transformative experience. She was called to share this powerful medicine with others. Kim’s classes are alignment-based and offer variations of postures. Her classes also focus on the connection of the pose with the subtlety of the breath. Her intention is for students to feel the freedom to make an intuitive choice about their practice on the mat.
