Hi :) I recorded this on a whim, unscripted and you can think of this as a chit-chat with me! I've been doing a lot of self-reflections lately and I feel like the past year has been really calm for me regardless of what I had to go through. Unconsciously I learned a few things here and there that I was able to apply to my own experience and felt like this could be useful for those who need it. Hope you enjoy it!

Hi! :) It's been a very long while since I've wanted to post this draft but here we are. It took a very long while for me to acquire the current understanding that I have, soooo whatever you're going through or want to achieve, don't forget to trust time as it brings many surprises (good or bad ones though). But regardless, this was an unscripted podcast which I really enjoyed making and I hope u enjoyed listening to as much.
