For episode one I’ll be doing the Mandela effect. For those who have never heard of this it’s basically where a large collective remembers a name, person, logo etc. a very specific way, and then we look it up now to see that it’s completely different from what the majority remembered from the past. One example being the Berenstein (or Berenstain…ugh this one drives me crazy) Bears which is probably the most well-known example of the Mandela effect. The exception being of course Nelson Mandela himself which is the name sake of this phenomenon. I am so interested in this because I experience this a lot and I am not alone! Some of these are just straight up annoying because it really makes you think that you’re crazy but then you realize that there are so many others that remember the same thing. It’s just so interesting and I’m excited to get it out there. For anyone who listens right out of the gate I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart, if you could rate me on whatever platform you use to listen it will help get the Podcast name out there. As far as my YouTube channel goes I’m going to get the podcast a few times, get my bearings and then jump in to learning the video side where I can add photos or video. Again, thank you for anyone who listens right from the start. You’re helping make a dream of mine come true!
