Today's topic was inspired by a request from a friend about me doing a video on a topic that I feel like I think people should know.   I think you should know this, and in this time of crisis, when fear is prevalent, I begin to think about my hopes and dreams and how I am going to achieve them :) .   This may help you not letting your mind go into those dark places, and give you a focus :).  When things do go back to normal, this is a great principle to bear in mind - what's for you is for you !!  if it helped do let me know x
