Why we SLEEP? 1st podcast Unbalanced

    • Books

UNBALANCED with ANAM AZAM is an initiative to promote book reading, and a way to have a heart-to-heart conversation over topics that are important and people need to aware of. In the first episode of the podcast, Anam talked about the book she recently read, "WHY WE SLEEP" written by Matthew Walker, a neuroscientist. This book talks about a very common activity, which, like other living organisms, we humans perform and spend one-third of our lives doing so, but never think twice about it nor pay any heed.

ABOUT ANAM AZAM:

She's doing her graduation from Lahore, in accounting and finance. Apart from that, she's a devoted reader, a learner, and a person who loves doing experiments to overpower her anxieties and fears. Recently she gets to know about her throat disorder and having a 'Stuttering' stroke. Hence she started this podcast not only to overcome the barrier, but to share the knowledge she learned, or will. You can join her on Instagram, to connect further by typing "girlfrombookland" and she would be happy to interact with you.
