2) Georgia Couple Passed Out Drunk On florida Beach While Their Kids Wandered Off

Twenty somewhat y/o driver caused a major car accident which in-turn killed the backseat passenger & also injured the frontseat passenger. The driver also left the scene of the accident & left his friend to die. Plus the driver was arrested & then released.
