    Why Self-Care Matters.

Exhausted, or unwell ? Listen to today's episode about Self-Care tips and how to take care of you. Are you taking care of yourself? The answer might be, yes, I do! Or what kind of question is this. In what ways are you taking care of yourself? Self-care is anything that we do deliberately to take care of our emotional, mental, and physical health. Self-care is not that SPA day that you give yourself from time time, it is more than that. In the last segment I will share my story with loss of appetite and severe weight loss years ago and I healed myself with developing a proper Self-Care that worked for me.
