Hey There, Michelle Alexander is the Managing Director and founder of AKA LIFE COACHING.AKA Life Coaching is a Life Coaching, Family support, and Early intervention service for Women, Families, and Underrepresented groups. Learn more about AKA LIFE COACHING AKA Life Coaching Transformational Life Coaching for Women Families and Underrepresented groups. What does it mean to be a father? Fathers, like mothers, are pillars in the development of a child’s emotional well-being. Children look to their fathers for boundaries, to provide a feeling of security, both physical and emotional. Children often want to make their fathers proud, and an involved father can promote inner growth and strength. Studies have shown that when fathers are affectionate and supportive, it greatly affects a child’s cognitive and social development. It also instills an overall sense of belonging, well-being, and self-confidence. During the episode, I would like to celebrate and explore the thoughts of some of the great fathers I know and what they would like to teach the next generation about fatherhood.

Thank you to Kadeem Richards for your thoughts on Fatherhood
