Exciting news, Ky graduated therapy! But first you have to get through our debate about the best condiments and food that make us mad. I realized after editing this that the energy was a little low and never addressed. I was getting over a 2 week stint with RSV and it was very difficult to get pepped. Today, we talk about those dreaded intrusive thoughts that many mothers get. While we don't have any solutions about getting them to stop, we do want you to know that you are not alone. While Sam navigates the newborn fog, Ky talks about her so having an issue with a kid at school filling his head with ghost stories.

Today we are hitting a lot of topics (like usual!) in a random order (no surprise).We spend time reflecting on our own childhoods and discussing what it's been like discovering that we were neurodivergent later in our adulthoods.
