A little ramble on matters from sporting history, recent and past. In the age of the global sports broadcast and internet, with a generation fed on instant gratification, I feel we losing a sense of the sporting past. Stories of great men and women who we were not privileged to see as of often as we do our present sporting heroes. And also sometimes debate and discuss sporting matters of today that will have a lasting impact for the future- tomorrow’s history being made today
