"I would take a different approach or a different view of what he's doing. I think Mr. Lally is trying to negate the idea of a conspiracy before the defense comes up and puts on their case for a conspiracy. I think ultimately, in doing that, he's playing right into their hands because what we're hearing more of, is more evidence of a possible conspiracy, but not the actual crime. That's why I say if I was in the Commonwealth's position as their prosecutor, I'd be keeping it very simple, very straightforward. I don't care. I don't care what Julie Nagel has to say- I don't care about any of these people. I know that they're not helpful witnesses," - KIRK NURMI
