The Icarus Factor Hailing Frequencies Open

This week the crew of the Enterprise are making their way to Starbase Montgomery where they will pick up a Civilian Strategic Attaché, who will brief Commander Riker on his new assignment as Captain of the Aries. Upon arrival we learn that the Attaché is not someone Riker expects and is unhappy about encountering. Meanwhile, Wesley notices that Worf is not acting his usual self and becomes increasingly worried about his friend, though no one else seems to be. With these two separate issues arising plus La Forge being bent out of shape by criticisms from the Montgomery's analysis crew things on the Enterprise aren't looking so great this week. Will Riker leave the Enterprise? Will he fight an old man? Can Wesley figure out what's bothering Worf? Is Pulaski destined to become Riker's stepmother? Is Worf lonely? Can we get some pain sticks?
