    Breakthru Kids Benefit Blast - Self Discipline

    Hello, guys, Hello, hello, hello, you are with Coach Sean, and you're here for your breakthrough blast benefit, character development lesson for today and we are talking about data self discipline. What is self discipline? That is a terrific question. I often wonder myself but let's get right into it self discipline is simply to do what you know you should do when you know you should do it, whether you feel like it or not. What exactly, so let's break that down. It means to do what you know you should do. So a lot of the time, we really know we're the right thing to do, don't we, whether we do it or not, we know that we should eat our vegetables, we know that we should contribute in a positive way and things like that. So we really know so we just have to tap into that. What's the second part when we know we should do it. So that's a really key part because putting it off or procrastination doesn't get things done. So in that moment, you know you should actually do that activity maybe, or make that connection in life and do something positive. Do it right then and there, or make sure you set a plan when you're going to do it and follow through. And finally, due to due to energy wasted, oh, yeah, whether you feel like it or not. And so a lot of the times it's like, oh, do I feel like working out? Well, maybe not. You probably don't don't you probably don't. But here is the secret whammy. I just remembered it right now. You are lucky if you're listening to this today. I'm excited to tell you it's that did it uh, it's that you want to think about how you want to feel not how you feel currently. So you're like, currently you're feeling low energy. I don't really feel like being active. Okay. Well, maybe I won't do it. But the decision should actually be based on Well, how do you want to feel? Do you want to feel high energy Do you want to feel enthusiastic, positive, motivated, then it makes it easy to decide what to do next, which in this case would be to be active.
