Dancers Are Athletes Too is a podcast where we discuss the athletic aspects of dancing, such as nutrition, workouts, recovery, injuries and so on. Each episode features an interview with an expert in the field who applies the aspects normally only considered for traditional athletes to dancers or a dancer who incorporates nutrition and workouts in their training schedule. The podcast is hosted by Slim B, based in Belgium and member of Kobo Power. Slim B has been dancing for more than 10 years and is always eager to learn new ways to improve.
