In this second episode of the Seilich podcast I team up with Kirstie Campbell of Sea Buckthorn Scotland to learn more about Sea Buckthorn, an amazing plant that grows wild along the coast of East Lothian. Sea Buckthorn oil is an ingredient that I use in my skincare products, however it's a bit of a contoversial species; to some it is a rare species that produces the most wonderful nutrient packed berries, supports wildlife, and therefore should be protected, whereas to others it is a non-native invasive that should be destroyed.
