#04: Introvert vs Extrovert (Introvert කෙනෙක්ද? extrovert කෙනෙක්ද?)
The introvert vs Extrovert is an ongoing internet debate that is, for the most part, misleading. Especially in the Sri Lankan self-help content niche - extroverts are regarded as successful beings, and introverts are encouraged to change their personality to be more in line with extroverts. This is not true.
This video discusses different personality types and why it’s helpful to be aware of your personality traits. The common belief is that you are either an introvert or an extrovert, but this is inaccurate. Human personality is complex, and you never belong to one specific personality type.
Most importantly, you are “who” you are. Being self-aware and understanding your strengths and weaknesses will empower you and be more helpful in navigating life than trying to be someone else you are inherently not!

#03: Stop Overthinking (ඔනවට වඩා හිතිල්ල)
Are you an overthinker? In this episode, Gappiya discusses overthinking, its anxiety, and how to stop overthinking.
Overthinking is not a disease; if you are an overthinker, you are not at fault. Your mind's job is to think, and it will, on most occasions, overthink. Mindfulness is a great way to break the spell and take some control of your overthinking mind.
The spiritual business is never late to point out you are an overthinker and, therefore, you should be cured. This is a common trap; try to avoid too much motivation and self-help material, as this will not help you stop overthinking.
Stop overthinking by letting your mind do its thing but observing it. In Buddhist philosophy, this is called "Mindfulness" practice, and it is a proven way to take back your wandering mind.
