This week we have a great visit with Dr. Kerry Szymanski, Director the Tampa Bay Women's Business Centre as she talks about being a serial entrepreneur herself as well as leading innovative programming for women small-business owners. The global pandemic has sparked a renewed interest in women to start small businesses, and Dr. Kerry gives insight into resources readily available. From SBA loans to coaching she touches on the resources available.

Jessica Revilli is Founder and CEO of Working Women of Tampa Bay. She visits Eileen and Amy and tells how as a young woman she had an epiphany that let her to start a movement for women entrepreneurs and business leaders that has flourished and expanded for over a decade. her inspirations is everywhere and yes, Malcolm Gladwell plays a role in fearless pursuit of going beyond networking.

This week we hear from Rogan Donnelly, President of Tervis, the makers of drink-ware who have made a commitment to sustainability and recycling. Their goal is to be a "Zero Waste to Landfill" facility by 2022, this means they will send nothing to a landfill.  He talks about how they reduce, reuse, or recycle all waste produced at their factory. And how they launched a program called #fillthisnotoceans campaign.
