    An Open Mind: The capacity to access our not-knowing (deep listening)
    An Open Heart: The capacity to be vulnerable, to be touched (co-sensing)
    An Open Will: The capacity to act from stillness, to create from nothing (stay present)

    1. Identify the burden you are carrying? Ask yourself whether you can start a relationship with it—you don’t want to get rid of it because it must have served you so far but not it no longer does.
    2. Prioritize Self Care with the Self Care Ecosystem. Choose to accept and welcome the freedom that can manifest as motivation towards reclaiming yourself and being fully responsible for yourself. Identify which of the SCES areas you’d like to give priority to and how much time, and commit to it—put it on your calendar.
