James encourages us to be joyful in trials. He is not saying our trials will be joyful - but the experience of learning and growing from them should be that of joy.

How do we do this and who is James and why are we studying it?

As soon as many of us reach puberty and find ourselves attracted to the opposite sex we automatically assume we should get into relationship.
Denying relationships early in life however can be the best thing for the health of your relationship later.
