Learn. Do. Inspire - Innovative & Creative Solutions to Combat the Climate Catastrophe w/ Guest Speaker Ronan KAYLEAVES - Learn. Do. Inspire

    • Philosophy

In today's episode we delve into a lot... and judging by how long this episode is, I know you're looking at me side-eye. But please trust me when I say it was an interesting, expansive, and much-needed discussion on ways in which we can combat the climate catastrophe.
Today's guest speaker, Ronan, gave a lot of helpful, intuitive, and overall great advice for how we can each take steps in reducing our global carbon footprint, and if you're interested in learning more about the projects Ronan currently takes part in I suggest you check out: The Sentient Movement
In the podcast some suggestions both Ronan and I made in regards to reducing your footprint are as follows

Reduce and or Eliminate Your Meat Consumption
Participate in Your Local Climate Activist Groups
If You Have a Product you Love Using, I Encourage You Learn to Make it For Yourself
Use Reusable Coffee Filters - Can buy in-store or here
Participate in Urban Composting
Invest in a Menstrual Cup & Underwear - June
Switch to a Water Filtration Device
Keep one Foam Hand Dispenser Bottle and Refill it With 2tbl spoons of Dr. Bronners and Rest Hot Water -Dr.Bronners
Switch to Bar Soap for Face and Body Wash - HerbnEden
Grow native plants in your front yard -- encourage insect populations

Be Consciously Aware

In the meantime, look out for my blog on today's episode, and thank you so much for continuing to support Learn. Do. Inspire
