In this show we will dip in to a different department within NSFT each fortnight to hear their current thoughts on many aspects of mental health. One week we might be wrapped up in research with one of our psychologists talking about what causes PTSD in children and how we might be able to help, next we will be absorbed by wellbeing and how a few little changes can make things a bit more manageable. School and Parent support have the best and most honest advice about how to support your children and teens at school and at home and the recovery college will offer unique insights in to subjects such as compassion aiding recovery.

Growing the Veteran's support service
