We have highs and lows in life. Our thoughts turn into emotions and we show them to ourselves as well to others as feelings. Feelings and emotions are the same but how we deal with them is the trick to our living.

We should learn to know ourselves. We should learn to express ourselves. All of these experiences need us to connect with words and understanding the meaning of words for ourselves. It's never too late to pick the dictionary and explore our bridge from within to out there

We like different flavours in our food and in our lives. That is what makes it worth a try everyday. Then why not take it as it comes to make strings of experience and moments to sit down and smile, when we finally hang our shoes up.

We get tired and lost living our lives. Then the question and answer rally in and around us, makes us overthink. We don't need preaching, we need action and living by examples. This episode is about Action! Rejuvenation!! And getting action in our lives once again.
