I believe that most conflict and misunderstanding stem from a lack of perspective not bad behavior. Over the last twenty years, I've had the incredible opportunity to work in and with the tech industry at companies all over the country. It's been exciting and inspiring to witness the progress. 



My name is Kai Isaac and I'm the Founder of Filmscape and I'll be narrating this episode around my experience and that of other blacks in the tech ecosystem.
