We examine the history of the people in front of and behind the camera, try to make sense of how and why the movie was made, then discuss each one in way too much detail to see if they are any good.
Pick Six Movies is hosted by Bo Ransdell and Chad Cooper, two life-long friends with a shared passion for discussing things they barely understand in an attempt to make each other laugh.

For our second episode of this season, we are venturing into deep space with quippy robots, unclear protagonists, and a crazy German intent on defying the very laws of science and good movie-making. That’s right, it’s Walt Disney’s first foray into PG filmmaking, The Black Hole!

Welcome, human listeners, to another episode of this season of Pick Six Movies. We call this one “Domo Arigato,” and it’s all about movies featuring robots. In this case, a robot doll that’s supposed to fill the heart of a grieving girl named M3gan. Instead, it fills the screen with mayhem, which is perfect for us! Plus, a history of automata in movies and the return of Pick Six Bot!

On a new episode of Pick Six Movies, we head to school with the robot teacher sci-fi nonsense, Class of 1999! We have albino Stacy Keaches, technicolor gangs, street drugs, and some scene-chewing villains that add spice to this A-Team-explosion-filled movie. It’s a wild one, folks!
