Despite the Canucks having several holes to fill on the roster, today the guys look at the possibility of the team devoting a lot of their cap space to bringing in a true difference maker to the team on the free agent market. Frankie Corrado stops by and gives his opinion on the matter, including his scouting report on the top tier and 2nd tier players. Also, Frank gets into the role of salary cap websites as tools for teams, but also talks about how players use the sites as well.
Then the guys are joined by Hart Levine of PuckPedia, the sole salary cap site that will be left standing when CapFriendly goes dark in July. Hart gets into the history of his site and what got him interested in doing it.
