Nikolai Dzhumagaliev - “ Satan”
Dzhumagaliev killed and ate nine people, mostly women. He was declared insane by the court and was imprisoned for compulsory treatment in a psychiatric clinic, until his escape in 1989, but was caught two years later and is currently serving his sentence.

Oleksandr Berlizov was a Soviet Union serial killer who operated in his hometown, Dnepropetrovsk(Dnepr). He committed 9 murders and 42 rapes. Berlizov was recognized as sane, albeit a sexual psychopath. The court found him guilty and sentenced him to death, executing him in 1972
