This week we spoke to Muskaan, she is a certified yoga teacher whose life journey thus far has been rather unexpected. From studying finance and banking at university to being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) - an auto-immune disease, healing herself and now teaching yoga. Muskaan opens up to us about what the initial diagnosis of MS meant for her and how she stumbled upon the idea of self-healing. For many people out there such a diagnosis would have proven detrimental but through sheer belief, determination and an intuitive knowing Muskaan proves that anything is possible if only we put our minds to it.
