In Romans 9–11, Paul grapples with many big questions about God’s sovereignty, his plan of salvation, 'divine election', the role of Israel in God's story, and his desire to use us to share his message with those who don't know Jesus. But if God is truly in control and everything is predetermined according to his sovereign plan, what is our role, really?
