For Heppy
We were very saddened to hear of the passing of the great Dr. Robert H. Heptinstall, or as many called him, “Heppy.”
Dr. Heptinstall is considered a father of renal pathology, a mentor, a model, and a true icon in our field. His work has and will continue to guide generations of renal pathologists.
Below is a clip of Dr. Silva discussing the important work of his dear friend Heppy in a past episode of Throwback Thursday. -

Diagnostic Dilemmas
To be, or not to be, that is the question. Dr. Silva does not dwell on this question, but he discusses some diagnostic dilemmas that pathologists and nephrologists encounter in their practices every day.
