In this episode, Ray and Katie talk about "Instep" - A new training and equipping tool for those in discipleship to walk with individuals who are "stuck". We are seeking deployed leaders who can walk alongside others in helping them to grow spiritually.

This ministry will be well suited for those that are gifted in sitting with others, and leading them to their next best steps. This will also be beneficial for all deplyed leaders to know when to refer and help people in their groups as well.
