No Such Thing As Bouncing Back
Before I became a mom I was naive and believed that by 6 months I’d “snap back,” but truth is, that is not how it worked for me and that is okay. My postpartum fitness journey has given me a new perspective and confidence. It feels amazing to see and feel how my body created a life, gave birth, healed and is now working on getting stronger than before. I am so thankful to my body because not only did my body do everything I mentioned earlier, but it also nourishes my baby girl. NOW THAT IS FUCKIN EMPOWERING!!
So to all the mamas out there know that you are amazing and embrace the new you because you are a badass!
