    "Sunday Anxiety" is what Amanda calls the anxiety that comes up the day or evening before something changes or something new happens. She touches on how anxiety and excitement can feel very similar in the body, as well as suggestions for how to lay out your Sundays to help combat anxiety and set your child up for a successful week.

    The Uncertainty of this Back to School Transition!

    What can anxiety look like? It can creep up on us and come out at times and in ways we don't expect! In this episode, we talk about how behaviour is communication.

    Amanda talks about the uncertainty of this fast approaching back to school transition and how it is important to both honour our feelings and shift our focus to what we are able to control - namely, ourselves and our home environments.

    Amanda also shares some practical strategies for helping kids to release their worries - whether that anxiety is expressed in a big, outward way, or in a softer, calmer way.
