Mia chats with YFA about her artistic journey from playing punk tunes on guitar as an early teenager to ultimately becoming a monster drummer for Oakland, CA based Shutups.

Kaylene is a phenomenal poet and host of podcast "Confidential...ish". We had a great conversation about growing up in Los Angeles, using writing as therapy, and she was kind enough to read us some of her work.

Ben Capshew is a talented woodworker, engineer, and all around great guy. We chatted about how he made the decision to work for himself after the pandemic began. He's taken on some interesting projects and he has also created his own line of furniture at Ply Ply. There's a lot of great information about the DIY woodworking/craft community in this episode.
