Sade Gilberti, Healers & Seekers Holy S**t, You’re Fit

I got the incredible opportunity to interview a confidante, a global spokesperson, a business entrepreneur, and most importantly a good friend; Sade Gilberti. This was my first interview for my podcast, and I was so lucky to get the chance to speak to someone who is dedicated to bettering herself and everyone around her by shifting thought processes and looking at both experiences and the world in a fresh way. I walked away from this chat feeling inspired and safe - safe to be myself, take chances, and make movements; which is just a small part of what Sade is about.
