ACE member Heather, a passionate campaigner and ambassador for mental health, welcomes fellow ACE member Jackie and the Director of ENABLE Works, Ashley Ryan to this episode.

We will hear about the impact that the pandemic has had on employment and how it affected Heather’s mental health. Jackie, who is supported by ENABLE Works, tells us how working alongside ACE and ENABLE Works has helped with a her wellbeing.

Ashley has been with ENABLE Works for 10 years and shares how her team supports people with mental health barriers into employment and tips to a healthier wellbeing.
