The "Why‪"‬ I am not a Christian

    • Christianity

As I'm reinvigorating the podcast, this episode reviews the
"why" behind the statement "I Am Not a Christian".

In the 21st century, we have watered down what it means to be "Christ's people" so much so that the very definition of the word Christian doesn't even support our identity. Christianity has become a culture of boxes to check, not a royal priesthood of disciples with power and authority over this earth. It's become a religion that's palatable and marketed to promote the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow vs. the story King who's Kingdom is here! Through our powerlessness in Christianity, we've mass reproduced malfunctioning parts of the Body, meanwhile, the world is still waiting for The Church (the organism) to be hope in this dark place.

I am not a Christian because my identity is not religion. It
is sonship. I am an heir, I have power, I have communion with the one and only true God right here and now. I am a child of the King, I am a disciple, and I am Kingdom.
