This Podcast Helped Me Get My Mind Right

I discovered this podcast a few years ago, when the anxiety I've lived with for basically forever was doing something really weird - I finally felt calm, and then was getting anxious because I felt calm. I was searching for something that could explain more about this when I found Kara's podcast. This podcast has had such an impact on me. Every Thursday, I get a bite sized chunk of thought work. I feel called out in the best way by this podcast. Kara's teaching has helped me to live a better life and feel more empowered in working with my brain. Don't hesitate to check this podcast out.
