Sam Steen, a legend on Luxembourg's expat airwaves, has upped and moved to RTL Today, where he is heading up a new radio project.

Managing partner of Den Atelier, Michel Welter has worked on some of the coolest events and gigs that Luxembourg has seen.



Having spent time in New York he was keen to bring world class entertainment to the Grand Duchy.
