emma prefers to share her thoughts with a microphone rather than a physical human being, so thank god she has a podcast. recorded from the comfort of her bed...and some other fun places, emma talks at length about whatever is on her mind every week. anything really does go on this podcast. sometimes philosophy, sometimes a random story from 10 years ago, sometimes advice, sometimes fun interviews, and sometimes nothing at all. you never know what you are going to get, but that’s what keeps it interesting. new episodes every thursday and sunday, video available only on spotify.

psychedelic therapy, a talk with robin carhart-harris
[video available on spotify] i've dabbled in the world of psychedelics a little bit. i've taken mushrooms a few times, but i really don't know a lot about psychedelics. however, it's becoming an increasingly more relevant topic as it's been revealed that they can help with mental health issues and have therapeutic qualities. robin carhart-harris is a pioneer and leading researcher in neuroscience and psychopharmacology, best known for his groundbreaking work on how psychedelics affect the brain and how they can be used to treat mental health issues. in 2019, he founded the world's first center for psychedelic research at imperial college london. basically, he’s all about using psychedelics to help human suffering to improve the quality of people's lives. so today, we're going to learn a new definition of psychedelics with robin carhart-harris.

more than a character, a talk with rainn wilson
[video available on spotify] i’m so honored to be bringing this guest to you because i’m such a big fan of everything this man does. today we have rainn wilson. rainn is an emmy nominated actor, best known for his role as dwight schrute in the u.s. version of the office. he’s also a producer and author. his latest book is called soul boom: why we need a spiritual revolution, and he’s also the host of the podcasts “metaphysical milkshake” and the soon to be launched “soul boom.” i've heard rainn talk a lot about anxiety and spirituality, two things that are very relevant in my personal life. i think they're relevant in a lot of our lives. i'm very anxious and because of that, i've become very spiritual to try to cope with it, which is another reason i’m excited to speak to rainn today. so let's bring in the incredible rainn wilson

imposter syndrome, a talk with emma
i've talked a lot publicly about my imposter syndrome because it's something that i've struggled with since i was a teenager. but i had sort of an epiphany recently that imposter syndrome isn't really a relevant struggle for me in my life anymore. it's definitely still a challenge, but it's just not as big of a deal as it used to be for me. and i think i figured out how i overcame it. so that's what i wanna discuss today - how i fixed my imposter syndrome.

indecisiveness, a talk with emily p. freeman
[video available on spotify] something that we do every day that we don't think about enough is make decisions. we don't consider the decisions that we make as deeply as i think we could. that’s why i'm so excited to be speaking to emily p. freeman today because her mission is to help people get out of a rut, and get better at making decisions. she’s the author of the book, the next right thing: a simple, soulful practice for making life decisions, and the host of the podcast, the next right thing. i'm excited to discuss the art of decision making with emily today because when you really think about it, a lot of stress and discomfort starts with a decision that needs to be made. so let’s bring in emily.

Such good content
I love listening to your podcast.
review on the podcast : anything goes
Hi emma,
I hope you‘ll read this
I feel like this would be the only opportunity for me to express how i love your podcast cause your instagram is probably always full but i would love it ( my ig is : pritiik ) anyways dont worry this is an actual review on the podcast. So anyways, I never listen to podcasts and even tho I support you since 3 years when you said you are going to do a podcast I was sure I would not listen to it, just because i thought it was weird, just listening to a voice and not watching as the person talks, then I gave it a try and i think i never related sm in my life than your podcasts( other than your yt vids ) , it inspires me in so so many ways i dont think you will ever understand. You also give the best advice, you literally have a solution for everything. I wish there would be more people like you. I hope you‘ll continue to do podcasts<3
If you ever feel sad just read this over and over again
Thank you emma

You can learn so much while listening to it and it feels so good knowing that i'm not the only one with social anxiety and other problems and that it's completely normal. i just love how Emma makes everything feel so ordinary. i could definitely listen to more than 1 of these podcasts a week
