    Austin's Bio:
    Austin Palacios is a short-term rental (STR) investor based in West Palm Beach, FL with a background in Wealth Management. He transitioned to investing full-time in short-term rentals back in 2021. He co-founded a management company for Short-term rentals based in South Florida. When Austin was building the management business, he developed creative systems and processes to acquire management clients, which allowed him to scale quickly. Leading him to develop Co-Hosting Acquisitions. A mentorship program where he coaches STR investors on how to acquire management clients. He now hosts “The Austin Palacios Podcast” where he is leading a movement to break society misconnections that have been bestowed on us since the beginning of time and allowing Real Estate investors & Entrepreneurs from all walks of life to speak up on the topics that society limits us on speaking about.

    Blake Dailey's Bio:
    Blake Dailey began his real estate investing career buying and renovating hurricane-damaged homes in Panama City, FL, and stumbled upon a high cash-flowing short-term rental strategy acquiring houses with ADUs. After surpassing his W2 income with his cash flow, Blake pivoted to commercial multifamily and syndicated his first large apartment deal – a 66-unit in NC. Combining his experience with raising money and doing commercial deals and BRRRRing STR properties, Blake jumped into commercial short-term rentals by converting run-down hotels/motels into renovated boutique hotels. Blake has owned five boutique hotels and a handful of short-term rental homes across California, Florida, and Utah, along with the 66-unit apartment complex. He buys, renovates, and operates boutique short-term rentals.
