Good Alfacast friend, Kelly Brogan MD, is back for another fun and insightful variation on our continuing chat theme of personal sovereignty through the emancipation from group-think.  Our last roundtable with Kelly dissected the collective psychosis, and the common TCB end-around through spiritual bypass.
On this episode, Kelly will once again bring it, with a discussion central to her new book release, Recleimed Woman.  A special note for the AV gents, this one has everything to do with you as well as the ladies, as the much needed reinvigoration of masculinity in today's domesticated men-folk can only be fueled by authentic femininity.
Kelly is a holistic psychiatrist, author of the New York Times Bestselling book, A Mind of Your Own, Own Your Self, the children’s book, A Time For Rain, and co-editor of the landmark textbook, Integrative Therapies for Depression.

She is the founder of the online healing program, Vital Mind Reset, the membership community, Vital Life Project as well as the feminine reclamation program, Reclaimed, and hosts the internationally acclaimed podcast, Reclamation Radio. She completed her psychiatric training and fellowship at NYU Medical Center after graduating from Cornell University Medical College, and has a B.S. from M.I.T. in Systems Neuroscience. She is specialized in a root-cause resolution approach to psychiatric syndromes and symptoms as well as women's psychospirituality.

Rachel Vaughan is yet again another victim of MK Ultra now attesting to the unspeakable acts against children & humanity by the darkest of souls in positions of power.  Similar to regular Alfacast friend, Cathy O'Brien, Rachel draws strength from her early life ordeals to bring light into the shadows.
