My career in real estate started as an investor. I dabbled a little in the late 90s with rentals and then started flipping in 2006. In 2014 I got my real estate license to help facilitate my investing. We were flipping about 25 properties a year. Shortly after, I started building a real estate team to handle all the leads my website was generating. The team was averaging about 100 transactions a year and $25M in sales volume. 24 months ago we moved the team of 4 from Remax to exp and since then the team has grown to 18 agents and I’ve partnered with another 25 agents in cleveland, Chicago, Charlotte, Atlanta, Miami, and Dubai.
