I have a big 'ol super long "title" thing, basically I WAS the sick girl who "tried everything".  In today's episode I take you "back to that time" I discovered the BRAND new world of Facebook and Social Media- way back in 2007.

Health Coach turns Social Media Queen!! ...and YES I do have a crown. It may only be a cheap plastic tiara, but it was placed upon my head after a training at sea on Royal Caribbean.
