The first is called “Building Wealth Through Real Estate,” in which we’ll discuss topics like how to buy and flip properties, how you can buy and hold properties to create passive income, how to do a 1031 exchange and upsize your investment properties, and how to better analyze the performance of your investment properties. The next seminar we’ll have is called “Building Wealth Through a 1031 Exchange.” This will allow you to create a legacy with our properties and allow your children to pre-select their inheritance. Here, you’ll learn how to use a Delaware Statutory Trust to execute your 1031 exchange, in addition to learning about what charitable remainder trusts are and how that can help you take advantage of your philanthropic interests. We recently had the opportunity to travel down to the Houston area with my Keller Williams colleagues to lend a hand to homeowners whose homes had flooded due to Hurricane Harvey. When Hurricane Harvey made landfall in Houston, it brought with it destructive amounts of rain and left in its wake tens of thousands of displaced people and hundreds of thousands more without power. We recently had the opportunity to travel down to the Houston area with my Keller Williams colleagues to lend a hand to homeowners whose homes had flooded due to Hurricane Harvey. Overall, this experience has been incredibly rewarding. We got to help a lot of families, but there are many more people who still need help. Overall, this experience has been incredibly rewarding. Rebuilding these areas is going to take more than a couple of weeks, so it’s important that we keep the energy going in the coming months as we help people get back to their normal lives.  Please consider donating to our Red Relief program.
