How to overcome FOMO? How to upskill yourself?

How to overcome FOMO? How to upskill yourself?

In today’s episode of “Neeraj Arora Reflections”, I am going to talk to you students today, you probably spend a considerable amount of time on the internet.
You see glamorous images of people, from their stylish outfits to their travel adventures, all polished by camera effects that make even the dullest places look extraordinary. This often leads to unnecessary admiration and desire for things that may not even matter to you personally. Observing all this can easily lead to a feeling of FOMO (Fear of Missing Out).
If you're between 18 to 24 years old and listening to this podcast, I want you to focus on what truly matters at this stage of your life—your academic and personal development. Skills, personality, communication abilities, and technical knowledge are crucial. Your academic success should be a priority.

How to Find Peace in a Fast-Paced World

How to Find Peace in a Fast-Paced World

In today’s episode of “Neeraj Arora Reflections”, I am going to talk to you about slow life. We all want to live a very fast-paced life. We all want things to happen quickly.
We read everywhere that instant gratification is not good, instant gratification is bad. But when the time comes to apply it on ourselves, we actually only want instant gratification. Our mind is not able to calm down. It has become a challenge for you.
I am not an expert on this topic, this is just my observation, and I am slowing down my life a little. And slowing down does not mean that I am moving away from my goal, or that I will not do any work, or that I have become useless, it is not like that at all, I am just slowing down a little, and I am focusing that whatever work I am doing, my focus should be on that only, I am trying that whatever work I am doing, I should be able to give my 100% effort on that only, and not get distracted. You will get distracted only when, when you want to do a lot of work in less time.
