    Here's my best advice on how to sell a house while taking extreme precautions. I recognize there are people in this world who need to sell their home and there are people who need to buy a home and are willing to participate in this process safely. Not that anybody cares but my personal opinion is this is not a 2-week or a 2-month event as most people are describing this is a reality until the vaccine comes and these are the precautions I think everyone should take until the vaccine is fully in place.

    We have all of our listings pre appraised so we know which ones sell under the appraisal. Every one of them has the same issue. There is something undesirable about the home that is not factored in during an appraisal. These houses are often hard to sell and sell for much less than their actual value because of the defect. A lot of times home buyers will rationalize their decision and pay for it when they sell.
