Mike "Doc" Emrick
Doc's broadcasting career began in 1973 when he became the radio play-by-play voice of the Port Huron Flags in the International Hockey League. For 50 years Doc called games with the same passion and excitement that he did when he called his first Flags game. His awards are too numerous to mention, Hockey Hall of Famer, Emmy winner.
He sits down with John and Mark to share stories from his journey of becoming the Voice of Hockey. -

Chris also gets a bit emotional when telling the story of Roy Halladay who he scouted and after a brilliant career his life was cut short in a plane crash. Billy is forced to acknowledge that he was once named MVP on a team that included Wayne Gretzky and how his friendship grew with Wayne and Walter. Billy also explains with candor why or how some of the changes occurred in the Hawks booth and that he is most proud of his 20 plus years with the Chicago Wolves.
