Many years ago my late husband had a dream of driving around and interviewing player to get their story and writing a book. I thought it was a great idea, how fun. And when he died so did his dream. Or so I thought.
This podcast is a tribute to his dream and a chance for me to dive into the mindset of a professional athlete. As a certified health coach, yoga and meditation mentor, I'm looking for the common thread - the essence - of success.
