You Won’t Be Sad Forever
Loss is unfortunately part of life & most of us have a hard time talking about it. We all grieve differently and there is no one way that’s better than the other to process loss. We grieve at our own pace and it’s no ones place to question that. I hope within this episode you can find a sense of comfort and assurance knowing that however you choose to grieve and for however long, is okay.

It's okay to outgrow friendships
Friendships are one of the most important relationships in our lives, for some of us they ARE the most important. Have you ever felt like maybe the sun has set on a specific friendship? Not due to a big falling out, but maybe you're just growing up in different directions... that love and respect is still there, but you've lost the closeness. Life hit you both with different paths and as you've grown up as individuals, you didn't grow together. I'm here to tell you that it's okay to outgrow friendships.
